Routine Maintenance.


Under current standards it is recommended that an Air Conditioning System routine maintenance is carried out at six monthly intervals to ensure the system remains in optimum condition. This extends the life of the equipment and gives greater efficiency.

Standard Maintenance Checklist.
Maintenance
  • Check suction and discharge pressure and head pressure control unit.
  • Leak test system.
  • Check refrigerant for contamination.
  • Check and clean all drains.
  • Check and clean pumps if fitted.
  • Clean filters, internal and external.
  • Check all interconnecting wiring connections.
  • Check operations and balance of condenser and evaporator fans.
  • Check air temperature off evaporator unit.
  • Check running temperatures.
  • Check and clean evaporator coils and condenser coils.
All service & maintenance will be scheduled and carried out by trained ACS Air Conditioning personel.
